We sell our garlic by weight as mixed varietal sets.

4 varieties / 12 heads – approximately 1 pound – $27.00

Your garlic sets will be comprised of the following possible varieties:
Chesnok Red (hard neck)
German Red (hard neck)
German White (hard neck)
New York White (soft neck)
Spanish Red (hard neck)

We have not listed “typical” flavors for each garlic because everyone experiences taste and flavor differently and garlic’s flavor (even within the same species) varies based on the soil in which it is grown and the weather in a given season.  We hope that you have fun tasting the differences for yourself!  We trust that you will find our garlic to be far more nuanced and interesting than what you buy at the grocery store!
